SHIPPING & DELIVERY

BEARE PARK offers complimentary express shipping with all Australian orders over $550 AUD. All orders under $550 AUD will be charged $12 AUD.

All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia post express services.

Please allow 1-4 business days for delivery from purchase date. 

We offer same day delivery to customers located within a 50km radius of Redfern, Sydney. 

If your postcode is eligible for same day shipping, the option will appear at checkout with a delivery price based on your location. Delivery costs start at $15.

Orders must be placed by 11am AEDT, each business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 11am will be scheduled for delivery the next business day.

Please ensure you are available to receive your package as we cannot leave it unattended. If you are unable to accept your order in person it will be returned to BEARE PARK. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery.

All same day orders are delivered by Rendr.

In-store pick up is available from our Sydney Residency. If your order is eligible for in-store pick up, this option will appear at the checkout under 'pick up' when completing your purchase.

All orders are usually ready within 24 hours and once available, you will receive a ready for collection email. To avoid disappointment, please wait until you have received this email confirming your order is available to collect.

Please present a copy of your order confirmation upon collecting your item(s), with identification.

We will hold your order for 7 days from the date of that you are sent the collection confirmation email. If you fail to respond or collect your order within this 7-day window, your order will be cancelled and refunded to your original payment method.

Standard online returns policy applies to orders placed with in-store pick up with the start of your return window commencing from the collection confirmation email date.

BEARE PARK offers complimentary express International shipping on all orders over $1000 AUD. All other orders will be charged $60 AUD.

All orders placed will be processed between 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Shipments are sent by DHL and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3-7 business days for International delivery from purchase date. 

International orders shipped to the United States of America, United Kingdom, New Zealand, countries within the EU, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Qatar and United Arab Emirates are shipped via DHL Express and are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). There are no additional charges when the product arrives in your country. All international orders shipped to countries other than those outlined above, may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes for clearance. This will be the responsibility of the customers and will be calculated, displayed, and charged at checkout, if applicable. Please refer to your local customs website for further information. 

Please note that orders above 1000 AUD shipped to the United States may require a formal customs clearance. DHL may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or social security number (SSN) in order to clear your order through customs.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

All orders are placed via express shipping will be dispatched the same business day if placed before 2pm AEST or the next business day if placed after 2pm AEST. Orders placed via same day delivery will be dispatched the same business day if placed before 11am AEST or the next business day if placed after 11am AEST.

During busy periods, promotional events and sales please allow delays on the dispatch of your order. Delivery timeframes may also be impacted due to increased volumes and/or delays within the network.

You can track your order via your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly at customercare@bearepark.com.

We will do our best to change or amend the order, however we unfortunately cannot guarantee this. We are unable to make any changes once your order has been despatched.
